Bianca S.

Customer Service Team Manager | Regensburg, Germany

As a teacher in training, Bianca was looking for a paid job that provided flexibility. “What I found at Amazon was much more than that”, she says, “I got appreciation and recognition.” In her first role as a Customer Service associate, she enjoyed interacting with different teams, and gained insights into various areas like social media and GDPR. She decided to take a step forward in her career and become a team manager through one of Amazon’s internal training programs, which gave her the knowledge and tools she needed.

What she loves above all else is to motivate and coach her team. She’s particularly committed to their professional development. Regarding her own projects, she likes the freedom she’s given to bring and implement new ideas, like the new mechanism she came up with to escalate errors in the system quickly and sustainably.

"I’m happy to be able to bring my coaching experience and ideas to Amazon every day, I feel really appreciated here”, she says. “You can actively contribute to shaping and improving the environment for all employees. The Amazon network is great, colleagues support one another regardless of their seniority and area of responsibility.”

In her free time, Bianca like to explore the cycle paths around Regensburg and enjoy the mountain breeze in the Alps.

Radi enjoys the fact that she works in a fast-paced environment and things she does today might not be her routine tomorrow. “Amazon offers multiple possibilities to challenge myself every day, and gives me the chance to grow and develop”, she adds. “We do not stand still, and as a team we’re always up to trying new things.”
