AWS Partner Organization - Empowering Business Growth with Cloud Services

Empowering businesses to grow

Amazon has a global community of more than 100,000 partners—customers who rely on AWS services and tools to run their own businesses. The AWS Partner Organization (APO) collaborates with these partners to help them build, market, and grow their businesses.

More ways to make an impact

  • Partner Centers of Excellence

Three teams—Technology Partners, Consulting Partners, and Industries & Partner Solutions—drive consistency, innovation, and strategic planning by industry and partner type.

  • Partner Management

APO teams align with the sales organization, with an APO leader assigned to each geography and responsible for driving partner strategy and sales objectives.

  • Partner Foundations

This roster of diverse teams—AWS Marketplace & Partner Services, Partner Strategy & Engagement, and many more—provide shared services across all partner types and geographies.

Choose your path

It takes a lot of talented people to support more than 100,000 partners. Here are a few of the areas where you can make an impact.

  • Solution Architecture

Partner Solution Architects are the trusted pre-sales technical advisors to our partners. You’ll focus on early architecture during the proof-of-concept stage, including creating and driving technical strategy, taking the lead on go-to-market products built-on and/or integrated with AWS, and helping our partners do more with the cloud.

  • Software Development

Software development engineers invent and build the services and tools that enable our partners to thrive. You’ll focus on solving meaningful problems on unmatched technical infrastructure. You’ll own concept, design, test, and operations of the product space, identifying needs and pursuing opportunities to build delightful solutions.

  • Business Development

Our tech business developers help implement and drive our partners’ go-to-market strategies. You’ll build and grow the relationships between our strategic partners and AWS field sales teams. You’ll work with experts across a range of disciplines to drive business outcomes that benefit bottom-line revenue for our partners.

  • Program Management

Program managers are collaborators, working across teams to ensure delivery of effective systems and strategies. You’ll help develop program roadmaps by translating the desired customer experience into a logical roadmap, ensuring buy-in, building and executing go-to-market plans, and overseeing end-to-end program development.
