Creating an environment where disability is valued as strength
In 2019, People with Disabilities Japan (PWD Japan) launched to support employees with disabilities and their advocates. This affinity group aims to improve our workplace environment and customer experiences and also fosters community, spreads awareness, and enhances access to Amazon products and services.
