Operations management roles

  • Area manager

    Lead a team of up to 150 fulfillment associates. Build creative solutions and drive effective project management to optimize operational processes.

    Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years of employee and performance management experience, and a flexible schedule.

  • Operations manager

    Lead a team of up to 300 front-line employees, including managers, supervisors, and fulfillment associates. Enable successful operations during shift.

    Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of employee and performance management experience, and a flexible schedule.
