Making pharmacy better
Our team is using design, service, and technology to change the way people manage their medication.
We’re making pharmacy better, because getting the medication you’re prescribed should be simple. That means no waiting in lines. No wondering when a prescription will be ready. No hidden fees. Just your meds, delivered to your door.
While the experience is magical, it’s not magic. It’s made possible thanks to our team of product managers, designers, marketing managers, software developers, quality assurance engineers, and more.

- 401(k) Plan
Meet our team members
“My name is Nicole, and I am DEAF. I’m a certified pharmacy technician, and I’m currently an Outbound Production Coordinator for Amazon Pharmacy, making sure that orders are sent out in a timely manner.
“During my second year at Amazon, I became pregnant and was blessed with my miracle baby. I couldn’t be more grateful for the benefits and support that Amazon provided during this time.
“Over the past seven years, I’ve led user experience (UX) design across several innovative spaces at Amazon as either a designer or design manager. Today, I lead the customer experience (CX) design for an Amazon Pharmacy initiative that intends to help chronic condition patients conveniently manage and meet their medication needs whether they’re at home, at work, or on the go.
