We are seeking a Senior Studio/Vendor Manager, who will be responsible for growing Amazon's transactional video-on-demand business (VOD & EST) together with major studios.

In this role you will have a high degree of decision-making and full account responsibility. You will work closely with content providers to maximize the performance of titles, plan and negotiate for marketing support and secure differentiating content. Furthermore, you will build local industry expertise for Italy and Spain to coordinate cross studio initiatives and advice internal stakeholders on specific market requirements.

As a market expert for Italy and Spain, your decisions and actions will determine Prime Video's product offering, competitive standing, market segment status, as well as elements of long-term customer trust and value for Italy and Spain.

Selection – You will be working with the Content Acquisition team on this core component of Amazon’s brand and value proposition for our customers. We strive to be market segment leaders in selection – not just in terms of title count, but in relation to timeliness of availability, content features, and the curatorial resonance/appeal of title selection in our marketing/promotional efforts.

Pricing – You will be responsible for the primary driver of value and trust for customers securing optimal customer value relative to our profitability needs.

Profitability – You will own and drive your accounts' P&L by focusing on value creation with studios. You’ll leverage promotional opportunities, marketing programs and improved partnership amenities such as reporting and self-service tools to drive growth of the overall business.


· BA or equivalent
· First-hand negotiation experience
· Extensive experience in vendor management or key account management
· Excellent analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast moving environment
· Ability to build strong working relationship with vendors, and internal teams alike


· Strategy consulting or business development experience
· P&L responsibility
· Knowledge of the digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution
· Fluency in English & either Spanish or Italian (both preferred)
