About Team
The RBS group in Chennai is an integral part of the Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team's goal is to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

Roles and responsibilities

As an SME of RBS group, you will work as an expert to cooperate with people from various team of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, by which to enhance customers' experience and contribute to business profitability. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs, and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.
Key performance areas: -
- Query and configure the workspaces to create topics or trends which explains the reasons behind the negative reviews of ASINs
- Owner of the WBR that goes out to the category leaders
- Be creative with new initiatives
- Build up systematic ways to create visibility and reporting
- Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions

- Drives continuous improvement and contributes to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and owns specific action or change


Basic qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
- 1-3 years' experience in project management, with proved case of success
- Understand basic and systematic approaches to manage projects/programs
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Open-minded, creative and proactive thinking
- Pioneer to invent and make differences
- Understanding of customer experience, listening to customers' voice and work backwards to improve business process and operations
- Knowledge of SQL, macros, etc

- Lean Six Sigma certificate

- E-commerce experience
- Basic machine learning knowledge
