Amazon Pathways - Your fast track to senior management.

Pathways is a five-year Operations Leadership Development Program designed to rapidly develop talented MBA or Masters-level graduates and high-potential transitioning military leaders with the skills they need to be Amazon General Managers and Directors. Pathways members will develop leadership skills and gain a deep knowledge of the business through a series of progressively challenging assignments across Amazon’s growing supply chain network. Pathways leaders are expected to be mobile and scale with the growth of the business, lead and develop large teams, solve problems with creative solutions, and deliver results on behalf of our customers!

The Pathways process:
Move into the Operations Manager role and gain experience leading teams of 300-500 members, or a new site or business type. Drive improvements in Operations processes with the help of technology and engineering teams across Amazon.
Transform into an Operations leader by leveraging analytical skills, operational expertise, and leadership experiences. Lead through others to execute on regional or network initiatives in Supply Chain and Transportation & Logistics.
Graduate from the Pathways Program and emerge as a leader known for operational excellence and "Think Big" ideas that will transform Worldwide Operations. Apply subject matter expertise to lead a new business, project, team or site.

Sr. Manager, S&OP
A London Business School MBA graduate, Anuja joined the Pathways Internship Program in 2017 in Peterborough, UK. She completed her 12-week internship and successfully transitioned into the full-time Pathways program in Tilbury, UK where she quickly ramped up as an Operations Manager and achieved record-breaking numbers during peak of 2019.
Anuja is currently based in London as a Sr. Manager of S&OP. While supporting her team and driving change, she also serves as the Finance Director for the UK Women in Ops Affinity Group.
"Every day is a new challenge. There is never a dull moment. I was the first intern in the Pathways program to join the Middle Mile. I truly had to chart my own path and prepare myself for peak season, where I led an entire shift. I transitioned into the full-time Pathways program as an Operations Manager and had the exciting opportunity to act as Site Lead during the summer holidays."
Pathways Operations Manager
An ESADE MBA graduate, Max joined the Pathways program in 2018 in Kobern-Gondorf, Germany as an intern, where he completed his 12-week, project-based internship before being promoted into the full-time Pathways program. He was the first Pathways intern to complete his internship in a Middle Mile Sort Center and he had the opportunity to work on a customer-facing project to optimize the input variables for flow management in the Fulfillment Center.
Max is currently based in a Sort Center in Krefeld as a Pathways Operations Manager, where he supports the Middle Mile Delivery to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Sr. Operations Manager
An MBA Warwick Business School graduate, Ryan joined Amazon in 2018 as a Pathways Operations Manager based in Bristol, UK. Since then he has been promoted multiple times within the Pathways program. In 2019 he advanced to become a Delivery Station Manager in Central London, where he turned the site into one of the top performers in the UK, exceeding longstanding quality service, volume, and cost metrics. In 2020 he was transferred to West Thurrock as a Sr. Operations Manager, which was extra challenging as he was simultaneously training and preparing for his first Ironman.
Ryan continues to evolve within the Pathways program and is passionate about helping current MBA students learn more about Pathways opportunities with Amazon.
