We do this by creating intelligent self-service solutions and cultivating a world-class tech support organization.

Our vision is to be Earth's most trusted device and digtal service provider. We help define user experiences, advocate for the customer, and support new product launches in multiple countries. We create the tools to empower customers to solve their technical issues through automated assistants, expert customers or Amazon tech support specialists.
