The Customer and Seller Experience Strategy team serves as an internal consultant to measure Amazon’s end-to-end customer and seller experience in the North America online retail and digital businesses. The team drives changes and solves identified issues across multiple product lines and digital businesses (media, consumer electronics, Echo, Kindle, etc.) and departments (Retail, Operations, Technology, etc.) and includes defining scoping with business leaders, program design, data collection, data analysis, and recommendations.
