WW OpsFin Recruiting team is seeking a talented Senior Client Lead Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth across North America.

This role is split into two areas, the first is to act as a critical partner to the business, will be at the helm executing on recruiting strategies continuously earn trust with leaders, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance Partners, and Compensation. This person will be the go-to person to partner on guidance with hiring strategies and closing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with diving deep into metrics and reporting. The second part of this role will require partnership with recruiting leadership to drive programs across the team. Programs will increase operations excellence and diversity programs and initiatives.

Core responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.









BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of proven experience as recruiter within high growth organizations

2+ years of PM experience


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience







PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence and manage change management
Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
