Do you love movies and TV? Are you a film buff who enjoys discussions about film types, genre, style, and era? Do you eagerly await the new film from your favorite directors and producers? The Prime Video team is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows. We are seeking a Catalog Specialist to support the Prime Video Compliance and Classification operations team, helping drive coverage of title metadata for our customers. This person will work cross functionally with counterparts in engineering, content operations, and product management.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
· Execute classification and tagging processes for Prime Video
· Maintain coverage and SLA goals for high-priority content on an ongoing basis
· Test and execute processes for projects related to new features
· Maintain and contribute to process documentation
· Contribute to business requirements for internal tools
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize for cost, quality, and speed


· Minimum 2-3 years of professional work experience
· Fluency in additional languages (German, Japanese, French, Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish)
· Detail-oriented and customer obsessed
· Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
· Hyper-organized and ability to work independently
· High bias for action to execute and continuously improve upon the status quo
· Familiarity with Prime Video, X-Ray, and IMDb products
· Experience/familiarity with: Kindle, Android, iOS, and/or Fire TV
· Experience with MS Office SharePoint, Excel, and Word
· Basic math and data analysis skills


· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Familiarity with international rating board schemas
· Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain
· Serious passion for Movies and Television
· Basic SQL or Web Programming language experience
· Project/program management experience
