Video is undergoing a revolution. People are watching more than ever, but the medium is shifting from broadcast & cable to connected TVs & smartphones. As eyeballs move, a tremendous opportunity is emerging in video advertising, and Amazon's V10 team is at the forefront of that wave. It's a complex and rapidly evolving space, and the stakes are high, so we need a results driven, technically deep TPM to help us get there.

As a TPM for V10's Delivery & Fulfillment Program, you will own the problem of delivering the right ad to the right person at the right time. You will work hands-on with engineering, machine learning, data science, and business teams to deliver results while fostering input and participation from all levels of the organization. You will dive deep into video advertising's business and technical problems, think big about how to solve them, drive cross-organizational intiatives to deliver results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
· 7+ years of technical program management experience
· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

· 4+ years of professional software development experience
· 3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Great written communication skills.
· Experience with Advertising, and Video Advertising in particular
· Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
