You will participate in various project-based working teams to understand the global tax, accounting, and tax accounting considerations related to restructurings and business initiatives to ensure tax considerations can be operationalized by the various tax compliance and reporting teams, and manage the preparation of the documentation required to support the global financial statement tax audits. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to define and implement scalable global tax processes.

This role requires broad global tax, accounting, tax accounting, transfer pricing, tax reporting/compliance, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Specifically, the candidate should:

· Have a broad tax knowledge-base (federal, state, US international, foreign), accounting (US GAAP, IFRS), transfer pricing, valuation technical knowledge and tax compliance experiences
· Possess strong ASC 740/IAS12 accounting for income taxes knowledge and provide subject matter expertise to various tax teams
· Be able to identify tax, financial statement, and execution risks, and partner with various teams to manage those risks against tight deadlines
· Have the ability to clearly and concisely summarize the tax and accounting considerations to stakeholders
· Manage and team with internal tax reporting and compliance group to implement operational changes
· Be comfortable with directly liaising with other members of the global tax department
· Be detail-oriented and a self-starter
· Be organized and demonstrate excellent project management and problem solving skills


· CPA and MST or equivalent
· Minimum 10+ years multinational corporate tax experience
· BA/BS in accounting or equivalent


· Foreign statutory tax provision experience
· Ability to operate in a fast paced, changing environment
· Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Experience with Essbase and Oracle Financial Applications, CorpTax provision not required but nice to have
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organization skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines
