The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want. We are just getting started in Brazil with Prime Video, but have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.

We are looking for a customer obsessed Marketing Engagement Manager who will be responsible for identifying content/merchandising strategies, customer segmentation, and effective in building cross channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement on Amazon Prime Video (Hours per customer, Streams, Churn decrease…). S/he will develop, experiment and scale programs using marketing channels such as email, product, push as well as leveraging Amazon.com.br visits via cross site merchandising. S/he will support the central marketing teams in building omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns and always on customer journeys. S/he will deep dive in merchandising performance and testing, as well as being a main product roadmap liaison for PV BR. She will lead the interaction with customer facing channels, such as social media and customer service teams. This person will be willing to experiment with new and emerging technologies to reach customers and foster their usage of Prime Video, and to employ a rigorous test, measure, and iterate approach to drive continuous improvement. The role includes in the scope becoming the experts on content usage and customer insights, which should drive targeting/segmentation.

The successful candidate will be data-driven with a proven track record of driving growth through online, mobile, and offline marketing programs. S/he should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This person must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Portuguese, as well as being customer obsessed and having the ability to innovate and work with multiple internal or partner stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
· Execute cross-channel marketing strategies to engage customers with Prime Video and improve retention across web, mobile and TV applications throughout the year
· Support the creation of onboarding, retention, win-back… customer journeys that meet customer engagement goals · Act as a main liaison with social team and develop engagement program in social platforms
· Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply/share those insights to be used in our marketing levers
· Collaborate with other parts of the Prime Video org including Central Marketing/Engagement, 3P partner, Customer success, CX and Design teams to develop customer-obsessed marketing strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant experience in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with content subscription services and/or business management/consulting
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
· Bachelor Degree
· Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA
· Experience in hiring and managing a team
· Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
· Experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred; experience with online retail a plus
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
