Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Gifting and Charitable Giving

India Lifecycle Engagement team's mission is to become a part of customers' everyday lives by creating fun, engaging, inspiring and rewarding experiences on the Amazon shopping app. We own experiences like games, gifting, charitable giving, algorithmic program discovery and discretionary incentives that lead customers to choose amazon even when they do not have a shopping need.

We're looking to add an experienced product marketing leader to our team, to (re)launch Amazon's gifting and charitable giving experiences to shoppers in India. In this role, you'll (1) develop a clear vision and marketing strategy for gift shopping and charitable giving for amazon's shppers, (2) establish the business impact and goals, delivering key customer and business performance metrics for this space, and (3) work across channels on-site, outbound, and mass marketing, to establish Amazon as shoppers' preferred destination for gifting and charitable giving. You'll influence the product roadmaps of customer and delivery experience, and work across Prime and Non-Prime engagement programs to achieve your business goals.

· Vision Setting - Develop and articulate a bold vision for gifting and charitable giving program for Amazon India
· Goals and KPI - Set business and customer engagement goals and KPIs
· Program Performance - publish program performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
· Stakeholder Management - influence executive stakeholders to commit investment with clearly defined annual and quarterly roadmaps of initiatives to achieve these goals
· Customer Engagement - Develop cohort based analysis and targeting strategies, develop and launch campaigns across channels (social, email, push, mass, and on-site) with a compelling message. Measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaign, design A/B tests
· Customer Research - Conduct quarterly primary and secondary market research including competitor benchmark analyses to identify opportunities


· Master’s Degree in business or marketing or other relevant areas
· 6+ years relevant work experience in consumer marketing, and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products
· Proven track record for leading end-to-end successful programs across multiple online marketing channels
· Demonstrated ability to set marketing goals, prioritize channels and initiatives, organize the roadmap
· Experience with brand marketing strategy, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and promotions
· Experience in analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of channel data, market trends and consumer segments, and drawing recommendations
· Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant to the customer experience
· Experience in managing projects across multiple teams and functions e.g. tech, legal, finance, design and merchandising
· Experience managing agencies, or agency experience, in particular in social media, influencers, affiliates, PR areas
· Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
· Comfortable with quickly learning internal tools and processes for campaigns’ generation and monitoring


· Experience leading successful integrated marketing plans and related budget
· Experience leading successful offline marketing programs or events
· Experience with Customer Lifecycle Marketing e.g. CRM, and/or Engagement/Loyalty Marketing program
· Experience with iterative content testing including A/B testing, Weblab, and other statistical approaches
· Advanced Excel and SQL
· Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
· Experience of working with tech teams on scaling marketing solutions
· Experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team
