The Role:

As Operations Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff and supplier base to develop and deliver innovative consumer products and offerings. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
The Hardware Service Engineering Team is looking for an individual who wants to work on execution and process development to support customers with a growing portfolio of products. We are a critical part of the product launch and warranty support process. We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role, you will:
· Manage and deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, develop and manage business requirements
· Understand current system capabilities and limitations
· Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
· Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver product launch requirements
· Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
· Generate technical documentation to communicate service strategies to RL business partners
· Work directly with global engineering teams and 3rd party partners to build returns service solutions
· Establish standards and best practices for bringing NPI and Sustaining products to market for warranty, service and repair support


· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
· 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
· 5+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or service for a hardware company
· Ability to travel up to 20% (Domestic and International)


· Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
· Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems and tools
· Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
· Experience with test, mechanical or hardware systems
· Deep understanding of manufacturing environment
· Understanding of Quality Management Systems
