If this sounds like you, join the Amazon's Hardlines Private Brands organization as a Senior Marketing Manager in our Product Lifecycle Marketing team.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic individual to own integrated marketing plans for select product categories and lead strategic projects. In this role you will own product commercialization and go-to-market strategies, build multi-channel marketing plans to maximize selection performance, plan and implement marketing efforts based on seasonal and customer behavior patterns, experiment in new channels and drive revenue growth within the Private Brands organization.

The Sr. Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing go to market marketing strategy for key product launches
- Building multi-channel marketing programs for strategic business segments
- Experimenting within new and existing marketing channels
- Managing multiple projects at the same time; consistently making progress and delivering results
- Cultivating a deep understanding or expertise of marketing tools and platforms as well as Amazon central marketing systems and tools and building custom solutions where required
- Demonstrating successful partnership with product, finance, inventory, and other internal Amazon teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree
· 6-8 years of relevant experience including retail, marketing, analytics, or project management
· Demonstrated experience using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly
· Experience communicating and presenting to senior management and influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with brand management, product development or product marketing
· Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior ROI—from business case development through deployment
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills including basic SQL or data-mining experience
· Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities, helping bring structure to deliver results
· High attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
