DESCRIPTION

As a Recruitment Manager, you will manage and support the Recruitment Team and business in making high-impact, data-driven decisions. You will operationalize proactive mechanisms to manage and improve process flows, data flow inline with the Recruitment Strategy. You will work with the recruitment team and business senior leaders to understand business recruitment requirements and will transform them into analytical requirements & robust solutions.

Responsibilities
· Optimize data processes and systems inline with Global Recruitment Strategy.
· Maintain Recruitment data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
· Produce and deliver standard (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized Recruitment reports.
· Deliver weekly New hire data for consumption by relevant work streams ie. New hire data for equipment to be delivered.
· Respond to recruitment data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
· Maintain recruitment data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit recruitment data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes.
· Develop & maintain a data glossary and responsible for master data entry.
· Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction.
· Serve as a data quality advocate with regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting.
· Extract, interpret data, analyze results, identify trends or patterns in existing complex data-sets/reports and dashboards.
· Lead, motivate and coach team members to meet deliverables.
· Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced environment.
· Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
· Manage team priorities against tight timelines and a sense of urgency, and have a practical, common sense approach to solving complex problems.
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in HR/ Information Systems
· 3+ years of relevant recruiting operations experience
· 3+ years of relevant systems and data analytics experience
· Expert level in MS Excel
· Experience with data visualizations using either Ms Visio /PowerBI
· Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistic
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
