DESCRIPTION

Amazon ZAF is looking for a Recruiting System Analyst. As a Recruiting System Analyst, you will own and execute applicant tracking solutions initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and candidate and customer experience. Types of projects include implementation, new feature launches, integrations, bug/fixes and enhancements. You will work with business owners, technology, recruiting, and HR partners at all levels to understand recruitment strategy, requirements and timelines. You will ensure requirements are clearly captured, documented and communicated.

Responsibilities
· Understanding business needs, translating them into requirements, assessing and analyzing problems using available data and information.
· Documenting solutions, testing final product against original requirements, and providing support.
· Gather and document requirements – Coordinate the collection of business requirements and document them SOPs.
· Write Business Requirement Documents, workflows and Functional Specifications as needed.
· Drive recruiting process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate customization.
· Design and configure system solutions that support business requirements.
· Develop deep knowledge of the ATS downstream/upstream systems utilized by the Recruitment team.
· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
· Documenting of SOPs/workflows and processes.

Knowledge & Skills Required
· Knowledge of MS Visio and Power BI
· Experience implementing and maintaining systems and processes in large-scale, complex environments
· Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
· Documenting of SOPs and Process Workflows.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in IT
· 3+ years of systems related experience, HR/Recruiting Systems is an advantage
· 3+ years relevant program / business analyst experience
