We are looking for technical interns to help accelerate our growing Cloud Support business. What you will do: The Cloud Support Associate Internship is a training program for the Cloud Support Associate role. Interns in this program benefit from the opportunity to gain experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, load balancers, and S3 storage solutions. They collaborate with AWS engineers and their peers in a virtual classroom to learn about AWS services and practice troubleshooting techniques. You’ll have an opportunity to apply your new skills through customer case simulations.

Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks, starting June 2022. Applicants should have at a minimum one quarter/semester remaining after their internship concludes.

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date of Nov 2022 to Aug 2023
· Experience with at least one functional scripting language (e.g., Perl, Python, Ruby, shell scripting)
· Experience or coursework in networking
· Experience or coursework with operating systems
· Knowledge of internet fundamentals and cloud computing concepts
· Familiarity with Database, Storage, and Big Data concepts
· Experience troubleshooting networks (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or similar/related technology)
