You will lead the ongoing management of critical programs for Amazon Care. You will connect end-to-end from Sales, Marketing and Product teams through to Operations and Clinical teams to ensure the successful introduction and scale up of new products and services. You will organize teams around the action items, build standard work, and deliver results for the business. This role is inherently cross-functional – you will work across the organization to roll out your plans and create a feedback loop into the product vision. You're a self-driven individual who can manage multiple complex work streams in parallel, you communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, and have a consistent track record of delivery.

· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
· 5+ years formal PM experience
· Experience in the healthcare field
· Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques


· PM certification preferred
· Strong doc writing skills, strategy docs
· Healthcare experience highly desired, or other highly regulated field
· Experience working cross collaboratively w/ other teams especially product and engineering
· Prior work experience building and implementing processes and programs with high levels of ambiguity
· Experience in a startup environment
· Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
· Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $98,700-160,000/ year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
