If so, Amazon Global Communities (AGC) Content and Engagement team is the perfect environment for you. The AGC team is looking a Community Engagement Manager (CEM) for our flagship community for Delivery Service Partners (DSP) – an external network of entrepreneurs partnered with Amazon to innovate last mile logistics.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will manage key influencers and power users, build engagement strategy, run community outreach activities, and work with the core community team to ensure the digital experience continuously innovates and evolves with community member needs. The CEM is responsible for identifying and triaging controlled explosions (discussion thread requiring an official response or issue clarification) and new ideas that surface in the community, and then operates as the liaison between the community members and the Amazon Logistics leadership team to determine when and how to respond.

In partnership with the DSP Producer, you will help develop a content pipeline that will be delivered back to you via video, podcast, and blog formats.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as internal champion and visible advocate by becoming a trusted member of the community
· Develop and execute community strategy and engagement campaigns to drive users to log in, consume and engage with content, and interact with other community members
· Build relationships, understand unmet needs, and foster deeper connections between community members and business partners
· Leverage your community relationships and knowledge to amplify the voice of the community to help identify and develop stories that highlight community successes and key learnings for video production
· Obsess over details and advocate for the delivery of the right content at the right time, delivered in the right place. Work closely with the DSP Producer to manage editorial calendar (video content planning mechanism).
· Manage a set of community health and engagement metrics to drive performance. Single threaded owner for regular business reviews on health, engagement, and sentiment analysis.
· Escalate and flag issues as needed to keep the community a trusted space

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Relevant work experience in related areas of community management, customer success, marketing and/or account management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Passionate about process creation, standardization, and improvement
· Innate attention to detail
· Enjoys self-directed work and has an ability to operate autonomously
· Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization
· Experience collaborating with product management teams to build tools and mechanisms
· Data-driven approach to project management
· Demonstrated copywriting / copyediting skills
· Experience generating content (blogs, video, video editing, podcasts, etc.) is a plus
· Is customer service oriented and likes to work with a diverse population of people
· Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes
