Are you looking for a role that leverages both your analytical and creative abilities? Payments Acceptance and Experience (PAE) is seeking an experienced Global Product Marketing Manager Lead to drive engagement with customers across the globe and pioneer net new initiatives in emerging countries. This role will be responsible for standing up new acquisition marketing programs, testing frequently, and prioritizing initiatives and investments to scale acquisition. The role is also responsible for managing a multi-million dollar acquisition marketing budget.

They will be tasked with constantly testing new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn’t), and leveraging opportunities to scale the program based on results. Above all, this person must be comfortable with ambiguity and supporting aggressive timelines.

Your focus will be to:

  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns with PAE partners and maintain superior customer experiences through rich content and navigation across Amazon.
  • Develop testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns.
  • Pull and report on performance metrics of site content to inform strategies for enhancements
  • Develop formalized documentation, processes and procedures, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Build and execute effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon.
  • Analyze and report on customer experience learnings and key customer behavior
  • Create targeted messages and customer communications based on the key value propositions and use cases of our content and target audiences
  • Build and analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure attribution and performance of marketing programs
  • Engage with international teams to help them drive global successes
  • Have a deep understanding of the customer, with obsessive understanding of new trends, and opportunities


  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing with a focus on partner marketing and/or product marketing
  • 5+ years of acquisition marketing experience. Digital marketing experience driving acquisition (e.g., Paid Search. Display, etc), but with a solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle.
  • Excel at cross-group collaborating, creative thinking, problem solving and have strong bias for action
  • Budget and forecasting management experience, including creating “what if” scenarios.
  • Experience designing and executing rapid-fire test-and-learn campaigns
  • Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • MBA and 7+ years’ experience in product marketing
  • Experience marketing payment methods and/or financial services products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
  • Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to roll up sleeves to achieve goals and deliver great experiences for customers.
  • Demonstrated experience of thinking creatively, taking the initiative and constructively advocating on behalf of clients and/or customers.
  • Proficiency in HTML, SQL, Excel - plus the ability to learn our in-house tools and systems
  • Excellent time management skills
