DESCRIPTION

AWS is seeking a passionate and customer-obsessed Marketing Enablement Manager reporting to APJ Head of Marketing Operations & Planning.The ideal candidate is a highly energetic individual who is able to coach others for success and personal development. The individual will also connect well with a broad audience to identify their technical and softskill development needs. The successful candidate will have proven training or coaching background with innovative methods and measurable outcomes. The individual will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, possesses strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role is expected to have a strong influence in developing a high-performance Marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:
· Work with leadership to identify and prioritize Enablement needs
· Gather requirements to create or scale Enablement Programs with innovative channels
· Collaborate with stakeholders to create, curate and approve content
· Deliver the training independently or enable other Subject Matter Experts to share their knowledge
· Determine success metrics and measure outcomes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
· 8+ years in coaching or relevant organization transformational roles
· Experience communicating (verbal, written, visual) effectively with both business and technical teams
· Experience with learning management tools eg: Mindtickle
· Experience in facilitating in-person and virtual workshop
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in Marketing within IT industry
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Tableau or SFDC
