Our AWS Professional Services team is hiring a ProServe Partner Lead (PPL) to develop and execute its Partner enablement strategy, to enable AWS Professional Services and its partners to go deeper into more of AWS’s most strategic public sector enterprise customers to drive meaningful innovation and business outcomes.
The vision of the AWS Professional Services business is to “accelerate customer value from adoption of the AWS platform and to add momentum to the AWS partner ecosystem (SI’s and ISVs) by providing consulting and implementation services, with an emphasis on engagements requiring in-depth expertise on the newest AWS technologies and related best practices”. After engaging with literally thousands of enterprise customers around the world, we know that Customers get the best outcomes when AWS Professional Services and AWS Partners team and effectively work together. AWS continually invests in its partners to help them build capability, capacity, and offerings so they can consistently delight AWS customers.
In this role, you will execute and manage the AWS Professional Services Partner enablement strategy to help AWS Professional Services and our AWS partners build capability, capacity, and offerings so they can consistently delight AWS customers. Succeeding in this role will require coordination across many internal AWS teams and external AWS Partners, with impact and visibility at the highest levels of the company.
The successful candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, problem solving skills, executive stakeholder engagement skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous projects.

Responsibilities include:
· Manage and execute the AWS Professional Services Partner enablement strategy
· Establish and maintain deep and trustful relationships with our AWS Advanced and Premier Consulting Partners in your market
· Develop AWS Professional Services + Partner Teaming approaches with our AWS Advanced and Premier Consulting Partners to enable AWS Professional Services and the relevant partners to go deeper for sustained periods as needed into more of our most strategic public sector enterprises to drive meaningful innovation and business outcomes for AWS customers
· Drive the marketing of the AWS Professional Services packaged offers, capabilities, skills, and references across our AWS partner ecosystem
· Skill up and equip our AWS ProServe partners to be able to effectively position, sell and deliver the AWS Professional Services packaged offers
· Influence and contribute to shaping solutions and deal constructs that will help accelerate adoption into AWS’s largest and most strategic public sector enterprises
· Generate AWS ProServe Partner public references
· Educate and equip AWS internal teams with the assets and training to be able to position and qualify opportunities for AWS Professional Services to accelerate time to value and lower the risk of customer cloud programs

· Effective written and verbal communicator in Arabic and English
· Experience working with large and complex enterprise customers and consulting
· Managing executive Customer and partner relationships and key business stakeholders; contract negotiation, proposal development, deal shaping, pricing, closing
· Must be a builder and love working with customers and partners to solve business problems
· Product Management, business development and/or marketing experience
· 15+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
· Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs.
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, solutions, and technical challenges
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
· Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
· Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer and partner trust and confidence


· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
· Travel up to 25% within market and 2-3 times per year to destinations outside the market
· Position based in UAE.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
· MBA preferred.
· Hands on experience with AWS.
