The EC2 Commercial Software Services team at AWS is on a mission to help enterprise customers transform their technology portfolio on AWS using modern development methods, architectures, and tooling. We are responsible for building technology that enables customers to migrate and modernize their applications cost effectively. We are looking for a product manager to build a new product and manage an existing portfolio of products.
As the product manager, you will have the opportunity to define and set the technology roadmap for your products. You will own the product definition, pricing, and growth initiatives associated with your products. You will work closely with the cross-functional global enterprise teams, including Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Training, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams. You will leading and influencing cross functional teams.
To be in this role, you must understand the needs of enterprise customers, and appreciate how AWS can help enterprises transform their IT and business. You will need analytical skills, synthesis, structuring, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous, and often incomplete, information into product plans. You will need a bias for ‘think big’ and ‘invent and simplify’. As a product management leader, you will be part of the larger technical leadership community at Amazon. This community forms the backbone of the company, plays a critical role in the broad business planning, working closely with senior executives to develop business targets and resource requirements, influences our long-term technical and business strategy, helps us hire talented team of engineers and ultimately enables us to deliver innovative new solutions rapidly.

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years product management experience
- Demonstrated track record in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
- An MBA and/or a degree in Computer Science (or the equivalent), or professional work experience as a software engineer is preferred
- Cloud migration or modernization experience
- SQL Server and SAP experience
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to provide big picture insights from highly granular data
