Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven segment leader to drive China-based IT segment sellers to increase the competitiveness of Chinese sellers in the global market by maximizing their presence and business in through enabling and developing a strong Account Manager team. This role will collaborate with existing account management team and destination marketplace team to grow the segment globally. Moreover, this role will own IT growth strategy for all CN-Based Sellers regardless small or big, new or existing. He/She will identify opportunities from deep dive Seller business and industry knowledge, closely engage with marketplace key stakeholders, and drive cross function teams to identify growth opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
· Work together with existing account team to identify, develop and implement segment growth strategies and delight our WW end user
· Develop high quality segment industry macro-view and dynamics (market report)
-Work together with domestic marketplace to develop Segment marketplace demand across regions (demand assessment)
· Develop Category supply market analysis (competition landscape, category evolvement, pricing level)
· Develop Segment based end to end value chain insights (e.g., N-tier supply chain, technology evolvement)
· Benchmark and share key player performance and reference (not necessarily on AB platform)
· Own Segment (category) selection strategy and pitch deck
· Drive WW alignment on category development plan, partner with WW marketplace team on new feature/program pilot. Generate best practice for wide range of Sellers.

· A knowledge central point and think tank for this category across functions and within WW domestic marketplace
· Empowering account managers with needed intelligence


· 8+ years relevant experience
. With a proven track record in IT segment preferably in sales and commercial roles
· Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
· More than 3 years management consulting experience
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
· Is a fast learner
· BA/BS required


. Having oversea experience in studying and living is preferred
· MBA preferred
