The Strategic Accounts Program Manager will focus on Business Development from a program perspective within our top 1,200 Strategic Customers. This individual will lead and own the lifecycle of offer/program creation, enabling enterprise readiness in support of strategic growth. The role has visibility to senior leadership, requires independent thinking with ability to make, strong convincing, information-based arguments and collaborate extensively across the Amazon Business (AB) organization. The position will work closely with sales leaders in AB to inform and coordinate efforts. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, Customer-obsessed thinker and builder who is energized by Digital Transformation.

Preferred Location: Seattle, WA. Open as well to: NY, Boston MA, Arlington VA, Austin TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Program management experience Sales/business development experience Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment. Strong ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) to internal and external senior leadership. Ability to travel for internal business presentations and customer meetings. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience in helping to create offers, develop programs and scale best practices. Entrepreneurial background with proven ability to deal with ambiguity, pivot quickly, adapt to new processes and run fast.
