Amazon Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. We are currently seeking an experienced Music Coordinator to join the dynamic music team supporting the Studios' Film and TV productions in Germany.

This position can be based in Munich or Berlin.

The Music Coordinator will work closely with the Music Executive and be an integral part to the music team. You will help us create streamlined processes to ensure efficiency. Using your developed communication and interpersonal skills, you will collaborate effectively across divisions and with external partners. Key job responsibilities
• Creating policies and systems to manage music assets
• Tracking and reporting music budgets and music licensing
• Collecting cue sheets and ensuring third party publishing information is accurate
• Managing the music deliverables process once a production is finished
• Supporting in preparing official soundtrack and playlist releases
• Assisting in the coordination of other music operations as needed
• Providing administrative support to the Music Executive


• Experience as a music coordinator (or similar role) at an entertainment and/or a production company
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in macOS / Windows, Microsoft Outlook and tools for organizing music assets and deliverables (e.g. Rapid Cue, Disco, cloud-based document and database systems)


• Film & TV Music experience
• Highly collaborative and adaptable to local markets
• Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple projects
• Highly organized with a keen sense to detail
• Adept at learning new software and web based tools
