The Amazon Pharmacy Recruiting Team within Amazon.com is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our team! Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Serves as the lead to pre plan, manage, and audit an active funnel of qualified candidates based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands on-time. Completes in-process audits of the candidate pipeline
• Meets critical deadlines for initiating background screening and completing drug test process to achieve labor orders
• Consults with applicants on the best match for their desired position and available opportunities in Amazon Pharmacy
• Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Amazon’s policies and procedures
• Tracks and maintains statistics on effectiveness of Recruitment through weekly reports on recruiting data for presentation to HR leadership and business partners
• Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
The basic qualifications, we require:
· A completed Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years of internal Amazon experience in lieu of degree)
· Experience in a fast paced, customer oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related field
· Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related field
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems such as Salesforce, or ICims/Hire.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
