As a member of the Consumer Line Talent Management (CLTM) Organization Effectiveness team within the Worldwide Consumer Talent organization, the Principal, Organization Effectiveness (OE) role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for talent and organization effectiveness in a complex and global business. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Organization Effectiveness and be part of a broader team of talent management professionals who support the WW Consumer business.
This individual will consult, in partnership with Line Talent Management and HR leaders, with business leaders and teams to understand organizational effectiveness issues and needs and spearhead solutions for designing or re-engineering organizations, driving team effectiveness and high-performance teams, and managing large-scale organizational changes.
This individual will leverage comprehensive multidimensional systems approaches to provide evidence-based recommendation, and deliver customized or standardized self-service solutions and interventions to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of organizations and teams. Additionally, the individual will partner with our talent management, development, programs, and product teams to collaborate on targeted solutions.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE ROLE
The ideal candidate plays the role of strategist who masterfully uses data to tell a compelling story, connect dots, and integrate into organization effectiveness solutions across WW Consumer. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. The candidate will have a strong business acumen, be detail oriented, possess a strategic and operational mindset, and has the ability to deliver innovative solutions that drive business results. The candidate will conduct organizational analysis to understand root causes to organizational performance issues and opportunities and partner with our research scientists to uncover organizational bottlenecks and health factors to identify organizational effectiveness opportunities. The candidate will develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.
The candidate will support the change management effort, including building change capacity for the organization and providing strategies for projects along with the design of change management artifacts to help teams effectively manage large-scale organizational changes. The candidate should be self-driven and possess the ability to work in an ambiguous and global environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide thought leadership and consulting in the areas of organizational design, change management strategies, employee engagement, and leadership formation.
• Contribute to the development of a common language and scalable solutions supporting organization design, change management, governance systems, and other OE related capabilities.
• Work with talent management and HR leaders to proactively address organizational effectiveness issues by assessing root causes and performance gaps and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Partner closely with line talent management, HR, and business leaders to identify organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operating effectiveness, and organizational productivity.
• Lead major change initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights that influence business strategy and decision making.
• Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of OE initiatives.
• Partner with the HR community, including specialty functions and teams, to design and implement programs with a global impact. Recognize and adapt global best practices as appropriate.
• Create process improvement mechanisms including simplification and automation of some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, and Management Consulting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar field related discipline.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $258,400 - $351,400/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Organizational Development and/or Industrial/Organizational Psychology highly preferred.
• 5 years of Project Management experience with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Organizational design, facilitation, change management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner; as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
• Experience with large scale, global project management.
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendation.
• Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business. Confidence in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise and professional manner.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced and highly ambiguous environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Experience and skills in building scrappy, scalable solutions that make a difference.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed.
