Amazon HubDP partners will existing small businesses across the globe to deliver packages to customers in their local communities. With HubDP, small businesses can now earn extra income and speed up delivery times for their neighbors.

Listening to partner feedback is central to the Voice of HubDP program. With hundreds of small businesses delivering packages every day around the globe, every day can be different. The program leader will collect and measure the experience of HubDPs on a range of different topics every month.

As the HubDP program grows, Voice of the HubDP needs to adapt and change in response to that growth.

You'll be successful and engaged in this role if you are passionate about using insights to drive action and can manage a large, longitudinal study from end-to-end in a global setting.

***This role is available in Bellevue/Seattle, Austin, Nashville, and Phoenix.***

Key job responsibilities

  • Be a single-threaded leader within HubDP for Voice of business owner and their drivers.
  • Partner with stakeholders tracking metrics in the study to deliver emerging insights on a recurring basis
  • Partner with research scientists to create and test new questions as needed
  • Contribute to external reports that summarize trends and recommend actions

Voice of Driver relentlessly advocates for Delivery Partners (DPs) to continually improve the holistic experience of partnering with HubDP. We listen wherever owners/drivers speak, and leverage data and anecdotes to influence the prioritization, creation, and refinement of policies and services designed to delight our HubDPs.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product/program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation
