Our Recruiting Coordinators (RC) work in a fast-paced recruiting organization. As a RC you are an integral member of this team providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to broaden your experience and embark on a career as a recruiter. You will work with full cycle recruiters to ensure hiring teams are supported in efficiently scheduling interviews and providing an exceptional candidate experience. As a skilled problem solver with exceptional time management and communication skills you will use these abilities to juggle calendars and negotiate meeting availabilities.


Key job responsibilities
Owns the pre-screening process including Resume Screening for basic qualifications, phone screens, assessment facilitation.
Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
Track data and identify and solve gaps in candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and administration as needed
Ensure all communication loops are closed for candidates regardless of outcome.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years' proven experience in a fast paced environment (e.g: Customer Service)
Fluent knowledge of English and [LANGUAGE] language (spoken and written)
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge legal aspects of the hiring process
Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role
Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn quickly new systems
Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
