The Role:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will engage with an experienced inter-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. You will work collaboratively with the Device Project Teams to define the required subsystems to integrate into devices. The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver the display sub-systems as per the agreed-to requirements and cross functionally manage other internal team members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and planning of all engineering builds at the supplier(s) and drive the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all assemblies to production. In this role, you will:

Drive execution of projects.
Lead cross functional project meetings.
Lead milestone reviews.
Present project status to the executive team.
Manage project builds globally

Key job responsibilities
To be successful, the TPM will need to prioritize well, communicate and articulate effectively with high organization skills. They will need to lead the display/touch cross-functional team efficiently, provide guidance and leadership to meet display/touch level schedules, specifications and quality.

A day in the life
As Displays and Touch are sub-systems, we drive the displays/touch modules to builds by working with our display vendors to meet the System level build schedules. Internal to the display core team, partner and interact with the display core team which includes Engineering, GCM, Ops Engineering, SQM and Reliability team members to support the System core team device level builds at the Contract Manufacturers (CM).


  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
7+ years of experience in engineering and/or program management Experience delivering consumer electronic products or components to third parties


-Master's degree in relevant discipline.
-Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs.
-Experience Managing Display Hardware and Software Development
-Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration, especially for sub-systems (eg. Displays, Touch, Cameras and Sensors)
-Experience managing the introduction of new technologies.
-Solid understanding of product development lifecycles.
-Hands on experience at overseas manufacturing facilities.
-Excellent leadership skills
-Excellent communication skills
