UX Researcher: Sales Workflows, WW Field Enablement

At AWS World Wide Field Enablement (WWFE), we are seeking a UX researcher with experience in sales workflow, process and tool design & development. This position will work closely with our global field leaders, enablement stakeholders, product managers as well as WWFE leadership to ensure that we set the right vision, supported by a strategy for our teams to help our customers solve key business problems and issues.

This role will ensure our field roles have the best-in-class experience when it comes to executing the sales process, using our productivity/ enablement tools and collaborating together as one team.

  • 5+ years working in a software, cloud, or technology company.
  • 5+ years' experience user experience research.
  • Bachelor's Degree.


  • Experience with Cloud Technology.
  • Ability to leverage data to solve complex business problems.
  • Experience as a B2B Sales Professional or Enablement Leader.
  • Passion for Sales Enablement and cloud technology driving business impact.
  • Expert in sales workflow and process design.
  • Experience in user experience analysis and design.
  • Experience building solutions that meet the needs of specific industries, from product truth to sales enablement.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role.

The base pay range for this position is $138,300 - $205,800/yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
