Job summary
The Inside Sales team is responsible for qualifying incoming leads and providing consultation services to small to mid-size merchants primarily by engaging and presenting to prospects and clients via phone, e-mail and web-based tools and in person. The team works on understanding the needs and requirements of the merchant business, tailoring the proposition accordingly, and handle simple negotiations from lead building to close and track progress within CRM. The team also manages the onboarding journey of the small to medium merchants to ensure a streamlined process by providing quality assistance services, liaising with other internal teams and sharing merchants feedback to constantly enhance the merchant experience.

Key job responsibilities
Qualifying incoming leads.

Providing consultation services to small to mid-size merchants.

Handle simple negotiations from lead building to close and track progress within CRM.

Manages the onboarding journey of the small to medium merchants to ensure a streamlined process by providing quality assistance services, liaising with other internal teams and sharing merchants feedback to constantly enhance the merchant experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven English and Arabic verbal and written fluency skills.
