Principal Product Manager - Technical, AWS Service Quotas
DESCRIPTION
As customers move their workloads to the cloud, the quantity and variety of resources they need to manage often grows rapidly. AWS Service Quotas provides customers with a single plane of glass to proactively view and manage their AWS quotas so they can operate their infrastructure safely and avoid unexpected service interruptions. As the product leader for Service Quotas and a key member of our growing Resource Management team, you will have the opportunity to help define what Resource Management means to our customers. You will collaborate closely with the other product management leaders and will be responsible for defining and leading the launch of new AWS Service Quotas features.
Key job responsibilities
As a principal product manager, you will drive our strategy, product roadmap, and outbound messaging for AWS Service Quotas. You will have end-to-end product responsibility from working with key customers to delivering revolutionary new features and functionality. In addition, you will lead launch activities and product marketing, create weekly business review documents, author and present narratives to AWS leadership, perform pricing and cost analysis, and more. You will truly understand what it means to operate, build, and grow a business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
- Demonstrated writing skills at a level suitable for presentation to senior executives

- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders to align across a singular vision to provide customers with a consistent product experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
