To enable the program to scale in a sustainable way, Amazon is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager who will join a team dedicated to supporting the success and scale of the Delivery Service Partner program globally.

This Sr. Product Manager will be directly responsible for our Pricing and Profitability strategy, which is vital to the program’s long-term viability and success. This individual will lead the end-to-end Pricing and Profitability Strategy from inception to automation for a portfolio of existing and future product launches, focusing on developing a data driven framework that is scalable across the globe. This individual will partner with stakeholders across the globe to meet unique customer needs, monitor and measure the health of the program and identify opportunities to continually enhance the program for Amazon customers and the entrepreneurs that own and operate small delivery businesses. The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up his or her sleeves, dive into a challenge, develop a solution and path forward by working with multiple stakeholders, and convince senior management that their solution is the best one. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced, high pressure, and often ambiguous environment, and elevating critical one-way door decisions to senior leadership

The DSP Pricing, Profit, and Payments team sets the standard rates and terms of payment for partners operating within the Amazon Transportation network everywhere it operates. We obsess over the financial success of these partners and their employees. Our pricing balances equitable near-term outcomes for partners and their employees with ensuring our partners are the long-term capacity of choice for Amazon due to their cost effectiveness and unique ability to scale. Our payments are fast, seamless, and frustration-free and position our partners for financial success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
