The Kindle Sales & Marketing team is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial Accessories & Upsell (bundles and subscriptions) Product Manager to own and drive strategies that deliver global Kindle P&L growth. You will lead product marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and sales efforts, collaborating with WW cross-functional teams including: product development, finance, merchandising, advertising, Kindle content, demand planning, in-stock, offline retail, and more to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the Kindle accessories, bundles, and subscriptions businesses. This is a high visibility role that will work on a broad array of business challenges and have frequent opportunities to interact with and present to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead Kindle accessories, bundles, and subscriptions upsell GTM, marketing, and sales.
- Drive demand generation by running and developing new initiatives and programs for selling Kindle accessories on Amazon and in offline retail partners.
- Define and deliver a best-in-class marketing program, write business requirements, and partner with the merchandising team on implementation.
- Drive GTM activities (launching new accessories) by partnering with tens of cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed organization to deliver projects on time.
- Serve as a key influencer in defining and driving global business strategy. This includes the product development process, spanning the end-to-end product life cycle.
- Conduct business and financial analysis; be fluent in speaking to and analyzing profit and loss statement drivers, including setting prices, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Role is global in nature will work with teams in other markets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; general manager/owner mentality with strong bias for action
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
