We are seeking a Principal Business Development Manager - Tech to spearhead go-to-market and drive adoption of Amazon Publisher Cloud (APC). APC is a game-changing new service, currently in beta, that operates at the intersection of advertising, data collaboration, and cloud services. In this role you will be a key member of an entrepreneurial team tackling some of the most exciting and complex opportunities in digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have deep technology experience and a strong track record of identifying, pursuing, owning and executing business technology partnerships. You have equal experience and comfort working with C-level executives as you do with product and engineering teams. This is a high-impact role that requires not only strategic vision and inventing for your customers, but also strong execution, analytical rigor and excellent communication.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute against a robust pipeline to drive product adoption and commercial revenue
• Lead deal negotiations working closely with internal business development and legal teams
• Cultivate deep partnerships with executive leadership at leading media publishers
• Ideate with product and engineering leaders to find technical fit for business opportunities
• Author strategy and investment narratives that synthesize the voice of the customer, drive prioritization of product development, and surface key industry trends

We provide services and advanced technologies to web, mobile app and advanced TV publishers of all sizes, including many of comScore’s global top 100, to help them monetize their content with demand from multiple programmatic buyers. Our server-side header bidding solutions are fast and reliable across devices, handling billions of queries per day, delivering ads in milliseconds. The result is more profitable advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $154,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
