The Creators and Shoppable Content organization at Amazon is looking for talented Principal Product Mgr - Tech with a passion to help us re-imagine social shopping! We own the Amazon Associates and Amazon Influencer programs and our mission is to become the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce creators across the world, and their content. We ensure a cohesive experience for all creators, expand their opportunities to earn through innovation, bring their content to more surfaces on and off Amazon, and launch experiences that reinforce their feeling of achievement. The Shoppable Content team's vision is that every customer will see personalized, engaging and helpful content at the relevant stages of their shopping journey both on and off Amazon.

Amazon and Associates Program are growing at an incredible rate. To keep up with that growth we must continually innovate in how we bring content to our customers. We are building new products, processes to test different strategies, and are seeking experienced, results-oriented product leader.

As a product leader on the Shoppable Content team, this role will have a profound impact on millions of creators across the world. Key job responsibilities
This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with engineering, business, operations, finance and executive teams to bring products to market. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving complex challenges, communicating persuasively and with a strong bias to get things done and deliver results.


- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience with end to end product delivery


- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
