The Amazon Business Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital channel strategy for Amazon Business Commercial, Public Sector, and Strategic business segments. In this role, you will own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, driving acquisition goals and connecting those efforts with initiatives that enhance customer growth down the funnel. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that attract high-quality leads and prospects, nurturing them through targeted campaigns, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of Amazon Business by ensuring a seamless and effective journey from initial awareness to long-term customer engagement.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of Amazon Business customers across various segments.
• Lead the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
• Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, including website, display, social media, and email marketing.
• Utilize Account-Based Marketing tools to target high-value accounts and optimize paid marketing performance.
• Connect top-of-funnel activities with down-funnel initiatives to enhance customer growth, working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
• Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed.
• Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
• Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
• Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.


- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent


- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
