We do this by providing strategic coaching supported by a logical sequence of AWS program offerings to concretely implement the defined strategy.

Key job responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Digital Innovation and Business Strategy Acceleration, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead customer engagements and to co-ideate with business stakeholders (C-Level and Line of Business Executives) of our customers to generate new digital capabilities with focus on Spain and Italy.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial enterprise technology sales environment, and working with cross functional teams as many parts of the program will have interdependencies with other teams within AWS.
Typically, cross-functional collaboration includes sales leadership, solutions architecture, marketing, partners, professional services, and sales enablement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- The right candidate will have experience delivering innovation and transformation engagements for enterprise customers. This includes demonstrated experience in developing digital innovation opportunities for customers, excellent project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, a good understanding of cloud solutions.
- The right person will be technical and analytical, and possess significant experience in business development, change management, or program/digital product management. Understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking)
- Strong verbal and written communication in skills in English and Spanish (ideally Italian).
- Extensive experience in business development, consulting, product management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ideally the candidate has a solid understanding of the application of GenerativeAI and the business impact
- Italian/ French language skills
- Industry expertise in Retail/CPG or Energy/Utilities
- Master Education
