Employee Engagement Program Manager, CCR Ops & Tech
DESCRIPTION
Amazon's Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization is seeking a data-driven program manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating employee engagement initiatives that foster a connected, collaborative, and fulfilling work environment. This includes internal communications and event programming. You are a builder who is at your best when your work combines long-term, creative thinking with operational rigor and a service-oriented approach.

Key job responsibilities
• Support org-wide internal communications and continually seek out ways to improve existing internal communication channels and processes
• Execute meaningful employee experiences through communications and programming (in-person, hybrid, and/or virtual initiatives)
• Design and deliver innovative solutions that scale and benefit the entire organization and foster positive workplaces
• Measure programs and projects to routinely analyze performance and better engage employees
• Collaborate cross-functionally with human resources and DEI business partners to integrate efforts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement

CCR's Operations & Technology (Ops & Tech) supports employees in sustainability, community impact, and communications roles. Ops & Tech builds products, programs, and service that support the culture, productivity, and efficiency of CCR (e.g., learning and development, technical solutions, operational support, and employee engagement). BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
