Program Manager - PMO & Analytics, Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG)

As the Program Manager, PMO & Analytics - Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG), you will play a key role in shaping our Project Management Office (PMO) , governance and improvement programs to support our high growth procurement function in our Data Center business.
Your role:
-Lead the creation, management and delivery of multi-project programs, focused on procurement process improvement and operational excellence;
-Partner with DCPG team members to create content and communications materials that are impactful;
-Develop DCPG Voice of Customer (VoC) program and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvements including project lessons learnt and customer-centricity;
-Support change and adoption programs across DCSP customer regions (AMER/ AJPC / EMEA) with systems and tools deployment;
-Other ad-hoc improvement and governance projects as necessary in any of our other verticals in DCPG - Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Supplier Relationship Management / Supplier Risk Management (SRM), Procurement Systems and Tools, Data Solutions
The candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, or be ready to learn it so they can be a trusted partner with stakeholders, influence and manage cross-functional teams in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
The candidate need to have attention to detail, being data-driven to uncover insights and recommendations, being creative, hands-on and scrappy to move fast and innovate, demonstrates strong value delivery on multiple high priority projects simultaneously with teams in an often ambiguous context.
The Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG) function is part of Amazon Infrastructure Services (AIS)
Key job responsibilities
- Accountable for planning, execution, and delivery of nominated programs across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on change, enablement and communications to improve customer experience and project outcomes;
- Review all existing SOPs, policies, customer engagements, communications materials and provide recommendations and improvement to balance standardization/ regionalization and certainty/agility;
- Develop, monitor, and report on internal metrics, goals, and key performance indicators to procurement stakeholders and senior management
- Take strong ownership of global programs under his/her remit including VoC, CSAT and NPS program development and implementation against metrics;
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the programs under your management are industry-leading and nuanced to context drive value
- Have a learner mindset and seek continuous stakeholder feedback to identify and execute opportunities for program improvement and expansion
- Bring alignment between internal technical and non-technical teams, close gaps, remove roadblocks to ensure projects are delivered effectively, minimize waste and to schedule

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in procurement as a practitioner or in projects, PMO
