Are you equally comfortable working with design and development teams to meet daily business requirements? If so, the Corporate Operations Integration Team is looking for a Program Manager with a proven delivery record to: own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects.
This role requires working with business teams across the company to: define requirements and high level process/system solutions; lead cross-functional development teams and manage timelines for all software and field operations teams who support NPI project launches. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
To be successful in this position, we seek an innovative and analytical operations leader/program manager who has the knowledge and experience in direct-customer fulfillment operations. A key to influencing key shareholders is to have the ability to solve complex, technical problems with simple and practical solutions. Experience in defining project management, collecting requirements, designing processes and software solutions around: detailed functional specifications; coordinating efforts to scope, scheduling, cost/benefit analysis and new software deployment is paramount. Most importantly, you have the ability to effectively communicate your project management results to various departments within the organization.
· Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
· Extensive experience as a program/project manager
· Proven experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment or distribution center
· Previous experience in cost/benefit analysis of project proposals
· Experience in or certification in Lean/Six Sigma Mfg. methodologies
· Experience with Agile Software development
· Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture
