We are seeking a dynamic, idea driven product manager to join the Prime Retention team to build programs that drive membership usage, satisfaction, and retention. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant contribution to building smart, innovative product and marketing programs that are impactful to the business. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing a product roadmap, measuring performance of products by running A/B test and multivariate, and partnering with marketing teams to define the strategy WW. Successful applicants will have extensive analytic, program management and strategic marketing experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be creative, dedicated to continually testing, analytical and have product management experience. When you build something that delivers results, you’ll need to scale your product WW.
The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person is able to drive focus and excellence within the products they own, with their colleagues in marketing and product management, and with colleagues across the Amazon organization. You will be at the center of exciting product initiatives that span across teams located all over the world, and act as a single-threaded owner on multiple projects.
7-10+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, product marketing, product development, or digital marketing
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation as well as interpreting data and making business recommendations
Communication skills and clear customer focus
Strong bias for data-driven decision-making and experience in distilling complex products into client-facing solutions
Familiarity with HTML and CSS · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field of study
