Position Responsibilities:
Translate high-level business requirements into functional and detailed designs. Work with a cross-divisional
team to develop systems, prototypes and host systems/platforms. Discover, document and automate business processes. Modify and develop custom applications on various Salesforce apps such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities or Force.com. Support end user for multiple applications in multiple geographies. Own the system performance and provide continuous improvements. Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. Mentor junior engineers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or as a Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and six years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: developing solutions for the Salesforce Platform; using Salesforce development tools including SOQL, SOSL, Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript REST API, SOAP API, and Lightning Components; utilizing Salesforce Integration tools including MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi or CastIron; and experience with at least two of the following object oriented programming languages: C#, C++, .NET, Java, Python, or Ruby.
