Software Development Manager - AWS Organizations

Job ID: 941582 | Amazon.com Services, Inc.

DESCRIPTION

Come build the platform on which every large AWS customer builds. Help companies organize how they use, manage, and expand their AWS footprint. As enterprise adoption accelerates, governance, security, and management systems are critical to growth. AWS Organization enables customers to focus on their business, not the muck of managing accounts.

You will work with customers and AWS teams to expand the footprint of AWS Organizations, making it easy to manage EC2, DynamoDB, EMR, and all new AWS features. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are critical. The role requires leaders with technical depth to guide the development process, project management skills to ensure the proper solution is delivered to customers, and attention to detail to deliver solutions that delight customers.

You will both manage an existing high-functioning team and hire significantly to build and drive the vision going forward. With a strong leadership, and a culture of challenge, support, and feedback, you will grow your skills and talents so you can scale with the new challenges and opportunities that arise as the organization expands.

You will guide a diverse, smart, and hardworking team. We’re parents, musicians, and athletes who enjoy time outside of the office. We’ve worked hard to create a trusting, collaborative, diverse, and supportive atmosphere. We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic, driven, and personable manager to continue this environment and lead this team. Come join us, and start your next challenge!
